My parents would never eat a hot meal twice a day. The think this is decadent as someone pointed out already. In my opinion cooking a simple dinner like Spaghetti with tomato sauce is neither more expensive, contains more fat or takes longer than fixing a Brotmahlzeit with assorted sausage, cheese and salad. This is true for all older and many younger persons I know. My parents would never eat a hot meal twice a day. The think this is decadent as someone pointed out already.

In my opinion cooking a simple dinner like Spaghetti with tomato sauce is neither more expensive, contains more fat or takes longer than fixing a Brotmahlzeit with assorted sausage, cheese and salad.

She likes to eat salads and apples and rice crackers. She can go days without a warm meal, which I think is not good for anybody. Mind you, she's got an ideal BMI and is super healthy but still... The main objective is to get the soap off and then also the murky water. But I notice that some people prefer sponges and others rags or brushes and that the actual process has many different ergonomic and resource variations. They wash them in soapy water, that gets murkier with every dish that gets washed, and then just leave it on the side to dry, or wipe off with a towel.. so strange.
